P: (iPad Pro): Can't batch export without synced backup or offline

Hi, I’m a photographer. I found an issue on latest Lightroom version on iPad Pro, which is unable to batch export while offline, or paused syncing, batch export only can work full synced, which I never tried previous version. What just only can do now is export photo one by one.  I’m not sure that is a bug or new force function of this version.  I most of time is shooting on location and import the photos to iPad Pro from my camera, then edit in Lightroom and transfer the photos to client on site.  Such issue is spend a lot of time and data for syncing and affect the workflow a lot.  May I know anyone also has such problem or any idea to fix it.
