P: Lightroom downloader includes files that have been permanently deleted and synced to the cloud.

I ahve two problems:

1/Lightoom downloader still recognising permanenntly delted files

2/Downloader saying I have insuffcient storage on my hard drive

 

1/I have edited my Lightroom CC and permanently deleted files and checked that it has synced with the cloud. I have checked that the same active photos appear on my other devices. 

I've restarted my computer and restarted downloader - to no avail

 

2/Downloader says I have insufficent storage:

I am still on MAC OS Big Sur 11.7.2 

I've checked that I apparently have 295 gb of storage on my Mac and Downloader says I need 36.2gb

Can anyone help?

I have been attempting to use the Lightroom downloader software to save my photos to my Mac and a hard drive for a month now. I deleted half my photos PERMANENTLY and checked that they no longer appeared as live photos on my various devices. Downloader has persistently identified the deleted files as present and the size of the download pevented me saving them. I raised an issue with Adobe who said that a bug had been raised with the relevant team. After a month the situation is unchanged. Has anyone any suggestions or had a similar experience?

Yes  - deleted the app, re-downloaded  from your website and the same thing happens

Regarding item 1: 

 

If you uninstall the Lr downloader and reinstall it, does the issue of Permanently Deleted photos still show up.
