P: Lightroom fails to preserve photo date & time metadata when iOS is set to 12h time

For whatever reason, when iOS is set to 12h time instead of 24h, Lightroom bugs out when exporting images and overwrites the date and time metadata with the current date and time, causing the photo to be out of order and not placed next to the original in the camera roll.
