P: Lightroom v.9.2 Export with Previous (CTRL/CMD+E) settings is not working

I just did an update with my Lightroom Lr (cloud) and now I am having trouble with my exports. I want to set a custom name and have the number sequence after one and other by using "export with previous settings" but its not working I don't know where they are going. I have to do a reset with every image I export. Please help

      Hi coming to say that I am experiencing the same issue as the others, but I am on Windows 11. My workflow is no different than others here:

      1. Edit RAW file to my liking
      2. Use Shift+E to export that file to a folder, setting a custom name sequence
      3. Edit another RAW file
      4. Try to use CTRL+E to export that file to the same folder, following the number sequence.
        1. This does not work...nothing happens

      I have also experienced a significant change/disruption in the export function with LR 9.2 which goes away backing down to 9.1.  This is on both PC and MAC.

      I have lost the ability to add a leading zero to the file name with 9.2 on export using custom filename - sequence.

      That is instead of being able to add a zero to the 1 field and get filename-01, 02, i can only get filename-1, filename-2. 

      While there are mildly cumbersome workarounds to this issue, when you are working with images at scale within the adobe ecosystem, it is not a tenable solution given how things were working with 9.1

      I’ll be sticking with 9.1 until this issue is resolved.

      depuis une semaine le control + E ne fonctionne plus.
      Et les preferences ne sont plus gardées d’une image à l’autre il faut tout retaper

      Having the same issue. Recent issue.

      • Mac OSX 26.3 (25D125)
      • Lightroom is updated
      • CMD + E does not work
      • Using the Export on the top bar menu → clicking Previous Setting also does not work

      I am also having this exact issue. I’m using the most current version of Lightroom, on Windows. Any advice would be appreciated.

      Just adding myself to the list of the affected. Lr 9.2 on macOS here… tried resetting Lr preferences on start up (option-shift Lr) and it didn't make a difference. Cmd-E does nothing at all. When selecting "Export with previous" from either the share button or the File menu the same thing happens: nothing at all.

        In Lightroom when I export a photo, I go to Custom file name and enter what I want the series of photos to be called.  Then as I export each one, Lightroom no longer remembers the custom name.  I have to enter this each time I export a photo

        Please note this can be *temporarily* fixed by Opening Lightroom whilst resetting Preferences. 


        (To reset Lightroom Classic preferences, hold down Alt+Shift (Windows) or Opt+Shift (macOS) while launching the application).

        However,

        1) This will reset ALL of your preferences which is a pain.

        1. I’ve done this before and some time later it stopped working again.

          As with all the other reports the ‘Export with Previous’ was broken with the latest release.  When you click (Command E) or File Export with Previous nothing happens.

          Not having export with previous is a huge inconvenience as you have to resort to using Export and changing the file name etc each time.

          I’ve attached my text Sys Info file as per request.
