P: Lr Mobile Slideshow - some transitions not available in certain devices

I have 3 iPads with Lr iOS Mobile. When I play a slideshow from an album of photos, 2 of the iPads (oldest and newest) give me a choice of 3 transition types. (Three dots top right) but the one I want to use as a picture frame only gives me 1 (wipe) transition. This same iPad used to show me all three transition types. I want the "flip" transition. How do I get it back? I am using the same set of photos to test with all three iPads, I have deleted the app and re downloaded with restart  and have logged in and out of my adobe cloud membership. I used both adobe chat and a phone call without any results and I was upset when I got the summary from the phone call that said the case is "closed". v10.3.0

    In Lightroom for iPad v10.4 the slideshow transition settings only show "wipe", missing Crossfade and Flip options. iPad Pro 4th generation, iPad iOS version 18.5

      As additional input to @Aleke 

      I have an iPad Pro M4 11 inch, IOS 18.5, and LR IOS 10.3.1

       

      I created an Album, put about 40 pictures in it, and then ran it as a slide show.  My only choices for transitions are "No transition" and "Wipe".  Assuming I understand the original post correctly, this sounds like the same issue.

        Hi @kathyv27473752! I'm really sorry for the frustration you've been experiencing, and that we haven't been able to resolve this yet.

        Could you please let me know the models of the two iPads that are working and the one that isn't? Are all three iPads synced with each other and running version 10.3? If you could share a screenshot of what you're seeing in your slideshow transition options, that would be very helpful.

        4 transitions iPads 1 & 2 2 (actually 1) transition iPad 3

        Hope that helps and I have provided all the information you needed. I really want the “flip” transition back because this is the device that I use as a photo frame.
