P: LrM 11.5.20 (Aug) on iOS: Crashes when opening Presets

Lightroom 11.5.20 on my iPad and Lightroom Iphone ( same version) crashes every time I try to open Presets. I have already reinstalled the app and updated iPad and Iphone, but the problem remains.

I have a crash .ips report from today showing an EXC_BREAKPOINT/SIGTRAP on both devices and assertion failure inside Lightroom. Can someone help me please?

To add on, when I was finally contacted in live chat with real human middle of chat person left. Absolute cinema… still no answers or solutions.

What makes it worse when I was on live chat the person just left the chat without giving any support.

I also have this same issue and have also tried all possible trouble shooting, I only use the iOS mobile version on iPhone 13 Pro Max on ios26.5

What makes it worse, I was on live chat and the person kept telling me the same troubleshooting steps which I already done 3 times and just left the chat. Adobe what the helly

nope.. i have iphone pro max 17 which is up to date with all updates, ever since i had lightroom mobile update two days ago, if i press presents , the app crushes and closes for no reason. Done all trouble shootings, reuploaded app, checked storage etc, restarted phone and it still does the same thing..

Thanks, what would help would be if you could look into the logs of the device and send it to me privately.

Here’s how to do it:
0. let the app crash - look at the time and date
1. Tap on iOS settings
2. Privacy & Security
3. Analytics & Improvements
4. Analytics Data
5. filter by date and time, e.g. 2026-09-02-hour and minute (two digit) until you only have one item in the list
6. tap on the item
7. share the log with me

Newest Lightroom iOS update keeps crashing , every time I open app and go to presents it keeps closing app. I done all troubleshooting and it still keeps closing app..
