P: Mobile: Canon .CR3 RAW files appear square in card import screen

Hi,

I use Lightroom on my iPad Air 4th gen to edit my Canon EOS R’s .CR3 RAW files.

When I connect my SD card reader to select pictures for importing I see the pictures as squares instead of the correct aspect ratio in this screen. When I zoom in they look stretched in length and hard to see select them correctly. I don’t have the same problem with other Canon camera’s .CR2 files or even JPEG files from the EOS R.

Can anyone advise me on a possible solution or can this be fixed in the next update please? I am hoping to upgrade to R5 soon and edit mainly on Lightroom with my iPad and this is going to make my life difficult if it won’t be fixed soon.
