P: Noise reduction isn't applied to exported images

Hello,Why when exporting photos from my iPad Pro sharpening and noise reductions aren’t applied to exported images? Second why we can’t decide or exported images size regarding only for two options 2048 and full ress?On MacBook Lightroom cc sharpening and noise reductions are applied correctly.

    Working on IPad Pro 2021, have reinstalled Lightroom and photoshop multiple times. Lightroom direct export to photoshop avails images with no noise reduction applied. I have experienced this issue since last year. I’m curious as to why this is still an issue as well.

    I'm having this problem on my pc.  It won't export properly as a JPG, TIF or DNG.  I just downloaded the software yesterday. 

    Top is after processing.  Bottom is the export.

    Noise reduction is not applied on exported images - iPhone 11 Pro Max on latest version of iOS and Lightroom.
