P: Panorama Photo Merge not working (Windows - with Custom Scale Factor)

I have been trying to create a panorama in lightroom desktop with 10 images, but it get's stuck in 'creating preview' for me and dosn't move. I have noticed that when I start the panorama, my CPU usage goes up, but then creeps down with no progress. However, it's been working perfectly in lightroom classic.

I have just updated and tested the panorama merge, and can confirm the issue has been fixed. Thank you very much for the help.

Lightroom Desktop 2.4 was released today and contained a fix for this issue. Please update to 2.4 and verify that you are no longer seeing the issue. Thank you!

I can confirm the custom scaling is the issue as well, just disabled my custom scaling and the panorama merged flawlessly.

Confirmed. With 130% scale factor, I see the same behavior. We'll be working on a fix for this.

I suspect your custom scale factor triggers the problem. Trying to see if I can get it to happen here.

Here are my display settings, I'm using a Dell 4K (3840 x 2160) display with 130% custom scaling.

What do your display settings look like?

Mine look like this:

Thanks, that's a pretty solid lead on what causes the 'hang'. Now to try and figure out how we got into that situation 🙂
