P: Presets list on Lightroom Web don't finish loading

I downloaded and tried importing some presets today and my Lightroom Web stays loading if I open the presets tab which affects the other tabs from making changes to the photos.

        I purchased Lightroom via Apple App Store.
        Apple confirmed the subscription is active.
        I sign in to Adobe using Google, but no subscription appears.
        Please help link my App Store purchase to the correct Adobe account or refresh the entitlement.

        Hi @Aranzazu_Frias4745, welcome to the community!
        Could you share which browser you’re using and whether the issue happens in a different one? Also, how did you import and delete your presets? If you uploaded them through the desktop app, would you mind trying the phone app instead (or vice versa) to see if that helps?

        Hi Alek!
        So I was using Google Chrome (as always) then I tried in Microsoft Edge and also as incognito, but nothing has worked yet.
        No unfortunally I don't have the desktop version (is not possible in my case) thats why I use the website. I import them from the laptop and was all fine, was taking a bit to appear in the page but they did, in one moment I wanted to use the quick options and they were not charging, as the presets premium and the new imported. In my Iphone I can work without problems, all the presets were appearing, but then I erase them because in the laptop was not working, and thought maybe that was the problem, but they still not appearing.

        Hii, I cant use the premium presents or mine, also I cant use the quick actions, It says loading but nothing charges, in my phone is everything looking like normal but in the laptop no.

         

        I use the Lightroom web. 

         

        2 days ago I imported some presets and I believe there was something wrong there, so I erase them and the this problem happened, I have try as an incognito o erase cookies but nothing works
