P: The "Unflagged" filter in Lightroom Web is not working. It's saying "no search results."

I have an update on the Lightroom Web filtering issue.

A fix has now been deployed for the issue affecting Flagged, Unflagged, and Rejected filtering, including cases where the filter returned incomplete or inconsistent results.

​@GHSjournalism, could you please try the Unflagged filter again in Lightroom Web? You shouldn’t need to make any changes to your library or repeat the previous troubleshooting.

There is one separate filtering issue still being worked on: in some cases, the Photos filter count can exceed the actual All Photos count, as in the example ​@Jim Wilde shared earlier. That is being tracked separately and isn’t included in the fix above.

I don’t use the filters in LrWeb very much, but just had a look to see if it’s working correctly. And to be honest, it does appear to have some issues, here are a couple of examples:

As you can see, the total number of images “found” by the Photos filter (20555) is actually greater that the real total of All Photos (20552). The correct number in the filter should be 20542 (i.e. the 20552 number minus the 10 videos that are in in the library).

Another example:

In this example, the requested filter is Flagged, Unflagged and Rejected. The correct total should match the All Photos total, but you can see it only finds 20486.

So from what I can see, there’s a certain amount of unreliability with the filter in LrWeb, which would merit some investigation.

• Can you try clearing your browser cache? Clear the web browser cache to ensure outdated data does not affect the view.

• Review the settings in Lightroom Desktop to see if any additional filters or criteria are applied that might not be reflected in the web version.

• Sign out and refresh the webpage.

If none of these steps work for you, we can continue troubleshooting. I hope this helps! ^CH
