P: (Win) Lightroom 6.4 Zoom sticks to 200% when changed to >100%

The behavior is strange when the display magnification is set to 50% or less.

200％→click image→Fit→click image→200％　（no problem）

200％→50％→click image→Fit→click image→200％　（problem）

Display magnification is not fixed when set to less than 100%.

It becomes the 100% or more magnification that was set immediately before.
