P: (WinArm) Charging me credits for Topaz upscaling but it's spent hours and not done anything

Windows on ARM Topaz Gigapixel takes 20mins+ to get to nearly complete and then progress bar just stops moving. it’s been 24 hours now, i think it’s not working!! but when  i try and cancel it warns me i burned a credit just trying this
