    Hello, such errors can occur if the app cannot reach App Store servers. 

     

    To try easiest troubleshooting steps first, please try quitting and relaunching the app.

     

    If you are using a VPN on your phone, please try disabling it while making the purchase.  

     

    If you are not using a VPN, perhaps your current network security is still preventing access to certain servers.  Please try using a different network.
