Hi Admin,

I have completed a subscription payment via Android with reference number 609404433257, but received a popup error stating that the subscription could not be processed. Despite this, the amount has already been deducted from my bank account.

Kindly assist in checking and resolving this issue. My registered email address is tebu80@gmail.com. Please find my attached file for the bank receipt.
