The app keeps shutting down and I can't download my edits. I pay for the premium version

I edit photos and then try to save them to my device some photos save and others won't. The app just shuts down. My device tells me there is an issue or a bug and to put lightroom to sleep. I pay for premium why is this happening?

Please share the version of Lightroom you're using, along with the operating system of the device you're using the application on. Where are you trying to export the images, and what format are the images in?
