The "Unflagged" filter in Lightroom Web is not working. It's saying "no search results."

Filtering for “unflagged” images works fine in Lightroom Desktop, for both regular albums and smart albums. But many of those same albums are not filtering for “unflagged” items in Lightroom Web.
