Here are my device and software details:

• Device: iPhone 13
• Operating System: iOS 27.2
• Lightroom version: 11.6.21

To clarify, all these issues occur when exporting or downloading edited images. The expanded areas appear correctly within Lightroom while editing, but the final exported images sometimes differ significantly from what is displayed in the application. The same applies to the Remove tool, which can leave visible blemishes or artifacts, as well as cases where image quality deteriorates and additional noise appears after exporting.

Regarding the requested screen recordings, I won’t be providing them. I have been reporting these kinds of issues for quite some time, and I have already provided evidence in previous reports. However, despite the time and effort invested in documenting these problems, I have yet to see any meaningful improvements or concrete solutions.

Honestly, I don’t have the time to record and document the same problems, especially when they have already been brought to Adobe’s attention on multiple occasions.

Considering that Adobe charges for cloud storage and for using features such as Generative Expand, I find it unacceptable that users have to deal with recurring failures in tools that are part of a paid subscription service.

I understand that further information can be useful for investigating technical issues, but I also believe that responsibility should not continually fall on users to reproduce, document and report problems that have already been raised multiple times. At some point, these recurring reports should translate into actual improvements to the application.

I sincerely hope these issues will receive proper attention and that concrete solutions will be implemented, rather than continuing to rely on troubleshooting procedures that have already proven ineffective.

1. Are you downloading the original image or exporting the edited version after using Generative Expand? Does the expanded area look correct in Lightroom before downloading?

2. Are you using Lightroom on iOS, Lightroom Web, or both? If both, which platform are you editing and downloading from?

3. Please share your Lightroom version, device model, operating system/version, and browser details if using Lightroom Web.

4. Could you share a short screen recording for each issue: missing expanded borders, blemishes after Remove, and increased noise, showing the editing process, export/download settings, and final result?

You can upload the recordings to Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, or a similar service and send me the links privately via DM.

This will help us determine whether these issues are related or need separate investigations.
