Substance 3D sampler not opening

When trying to open 3D sampler in 4.2.2 it doesn't launch. I have never got it to launch. When trying to use 3D sampler in 4.2.1, the 3D capture feature keeps crashing.

I installed the previous version and it opened fine.  I have a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER.  I just switched to the studio driver last week from the gaming driver.  Intel I7 10700 2.9ghz, LENOVO 90NC00J9US

my specs are as follows...

- Desktop PC (Windows 10 Version 22H2)

- CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40GHz (6th Gen)

- GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 Super

- Nvidia Studio Driver 546.33 (latest version at time of posting)

That said.. I have not updated my Intel drivers in some time as my display adapter is using the Nvidia GPU

 

It is only the latest version 4.2.2 which does not launch. Currently I currently have 2 builds of Sampler installed (4.2.0 and 4.2.1), both are working fine.

We found an issue for Sampler 4.2.2 not launching and are fixing for the upcoming release.

It seems it happens on laptops with an Intel GPU with outdated drivers.

Sometimes I also have problems with other CC apps. At my end I use Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool as it physically delete all CC files from machine and allow to make fresh install. Not sure but it can help to delete garbage files also. But as Cyril is aware about problem , hope he will response soon.
