I just downloaded Photoshop Beta and used the Neural Filter for a while then it disappeared mid project. What do I do? I closed and unloaded and then reloaded the program but there is no neural filter funtion,

Hi ​@Dudley22353281t74l  not sure why that happened, but Nuural Filters are still in Ps Beta.  They are not being actively worked on so their functionality my differ from time to time.

As can be the issue with a beta product, not all functions are stable or make their way to the release version. While NF are in the release version of Ps, the version in Beta could change based on other updates.  

One thing to try:

1. Try resetting Prefs for the Beta:
/Users/yourname/Library/Preferences/ Photoshop Beta Settings (Mac Ventura)
/Users/yourname/Library/Preferences/Adobe\ Photoshop\ \(Beta\)\ Settings (Mac)


C:\Users\user name\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop (Beta)\Adobe Photoshop (Beta) Settings

Launch BETA Photoshop While Pressing The Keyboard Shortcut
With Photoshop closed, press and hold Shift+Ctrl+Alt (Win) / Shift+Command+Option (Mac) on your keyboard and then Launch Photoshop the way you normally would.

2. It may help if we could see your Photoshop beta System Info. Launch Photoshop beta, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
