Hi ( sorry German ) , Photoshop Beta 25 NOT Save JPG, the Jpg comes Later and the saved Picture have no Picture Thumbnail ! Iam Roll Back to 24.7 and all works Fine, whats your Problem ???? Thanx and greets

Same here. For about 4-5 days now I have no thumbnails if Ai content credendials are attached to the psd... the exported jpg will not have a thumbnail in windows explorer. tested it with 2 psd files and it is connected to ai content credentials.

I've started getting this issue with the last Beta update. (25.3). Never saw it before, now I can't save JPEG, even after saving as PSD first.

When I try to Save As in PSD Beta, nothing happens. Wheel spins for a bit but no dialog window. This happens when I select "Save As" from the menu and when I use the keyboard shortcut as well.

Hi @jfeez do you have the same issue with the general release of Ps, 25.0, or just with beta?

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

i cannot save my work in ps beta, its simply not working, not doing anything

so is there a fix for this? I'm tired of losing all of my work after I've spent alot of time processing them. someone said they opened regular photoshop and the files automatically opened over there, that doesn't work.

Why is this not saving my files?????

does not work for me. This is the dumbest problem to have. Can't use the features so why even hvae it released?
