P: Can't use the Eyedropper tool due to a program error

Hello,

 

When I try to use the Eydropper tool when coloring in a path in Photoshop, I get the error 'Could not use the Eyedropper tool due to a program error'. (translated from Dutch). I added a video of what happens as an attachment to this post.

 

It only shows this error when I thy te recolor a path (rectangle or such). The normal Eydropper tool works just fine.

 

Anyone having the same problem?

          Yesterday I encountered the same issue. I have Photoshop version 25.4. Is there any way to fix it? Thanks!

            I cannot select color from an image in a rectangle with the eyedropper tool, the program gives an error, I tried it on many documents and I get the same error, so I think it is an error caused by Photoshop or is there a solution?

              When I try to capture color with a vector object using the Eyedropper I get a program error!

                      Photoshop (Beta) Versión 25.5.0 / Mac Os Monterrey Versión 12.7.1 (21G920)

                       

                      Al querer cambiar el color de una capa de forma doy doble click en el icono de la ventana, abre el -Selector de color- trato de tomar una muestra con el -Cuentagotas-, logra tomar la muestra pero inmediatamente sale un aviso: 

                      No se ha podido usar la herramienta Cuentagotas porque ha habido un error de programa.

                      El aviso tiene un botón con -Cómo Solucionarlo- pero no aborda el problema.

                      También sucede lo mismo usando en -la barra de Herramientas- -Configurar color frontal- y tomar muestra con el -Cuentagotas-.
