Hi everyone,

After days of trying GF without success, suddenly I could work since 3 days without any refusal because of my mysteriose connection and today with a score 4:2 for us -users. Between the beginning of this bug -yes, sure, it is- until now, there is no change in my system or devices or connection or anything else. There is of course something Adobe can and have to do. The internationality (transnationality) of this problem proofs that the source of the problem cannot be the 1000 different connections of 1000 users with 100 different machines and systems.

Regards

Yeah for sure: The solution is closing and reopen! 😄
Ridiculous to suggest this solution to the problem for that amount of money users are paying monthly!

Generative Filling is not working since the last update and it has nothing to do with users internet connection it is just a bug you should fix

Same here, Newest Mac OS extremely stable high speed connection. It's a cheek for the money you pay each month that features regularly don't work and instead of help you're only referred to the internet connection.

@ümit kivanç If its working intermittently and Adobe is not reporting any server-side issues on status.adobe.com (nor are users wide-spread reporting issues) we're back to the stability of your internet connection. What efforts have you taken to confirm stable/consistent connection?

Hi,

If it works, it works. With 80-90 Mbps, very well. And please, reconstruct the case: Why do they need a faster connection? Maybe the upload will be slow, maybe I will become the result of GF later than you, but what could be the real reason that 80-90 Mbps isn't enough? They become something sent, they produce something, they send something back. Am I wrong? And again: Adobe has to announce the real system and connection requirements.

(P.S. Right now I've tried two GF operations in a row with success, each took ca. 25 sec.)

Comparatively and I don't have 1 GB fiber - my internet speed averages at 300 mbps. I'm not speaking for Adobe, but to me 80-90 mbps is what I would consider slow.

Hi,

Excuse me, you mean that 80-90 Mbps is "extremely slow"?! No, it's not. And I surely know what I can do on/via internet and what I can't. There is some problem here and we cannot do anything to solve this. Adobe has announce the min.-limit for GF, if 80-90 Mbps are slow.

@ümit kivanç the fact that it is intermittent with the "Check your internet" error points to an issue with your network connection. You noted that your internet is 80-90 mbps. That is extremely slow and could be causing issues with a stable connection.

Hi everyone,

Unfortunately. after using GF 4-5 times in a row with success a few days ago now I'm in the same bad situation again. It is impossible to do anything with GF. At the end of every attempt Adobe wants that I check my internet connection which works ordently. F.e. when I update my CC software often. It is not easy to believe that nobody cares...
