P: Generative fill could not be used due to connection

I can't use Generative fill and received notification: generative fill could not be due used to a connection issue. Anyone has problem and how can fix it?

    I get this message "The service is not responding. Please check your internet and try again." everytime I try using the generative fill, any help?

      Look at your Firewall Options. Do they match mine? I'm using MacOS 12.6.7  I did run the Beta for a while and never had problems with Generative Fill. If you change the settings, Restart your Mac.

        They should fix this! We can't disable the firewall each time we use PS Beta!

          Now get "A problem occured. Please try later"

          Im beginning to think that Photoshop beta does not work on a Mac with the latest updat of OS as i have never managed to get Generative Fill to work at all. Im sure there must be something that can be done. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, checked for updates and many other things but all to no avail.

          Can anyone help?

            I did log in and out, turend off the firewall 

            my connection is stable, but still got the error in PS Beta

            "generative fill could not be due used to a connection issue"

              Evertyime i try to use generative fill AI it always gives me an error that a problem occured and to try again and it's been like this for several hours now. Anyone know a solution?

                Hi @mohamed30304006jfsn sorry for the trouble you are facing. Could you please attach a screenshot of the error you are experiencing? 

                 

                When you say always, can you elaborate and walk through the steps? Do you select something to remove or to add an object? Does it matter which you try, it always gives an error? However you can re-create the steps and list them here would be great.

                 

                Also if you haven't, please re-launch the beta app for good measure.

                  and when clicked on the button, it is asking to connect ti internet which I am already connected

                    Hi @A_niche_kind could you run an internet speed test? Let's test the connection.

                     

                    I would restart your machine and launch PS if you haven't already.

                      When I try the AI generating function in photoshop it keep showing that i have connection problem of the internet but i connected WIFI already

                        I was using Photshop Beta running Big Sur on my MacPro -Late 2013 (which isn't supposed to work but it did!). I was able to do Generative Fills and it worked wonderfully well. Then, suddenly, it didn't anymore. Even when I updated to a newer version.

                        I, too, get the same message now, all the time.
