P: Generative workspace doesn't work

hello , i have de same error, when i try to open my gennerative workspace the screen stand by loading

 and my versio dee SO is.

He encontrado una forma de salir del apuro pero GW sigue fallando. Cuando inicies GW dispones de aproximadamente 2 segundos para cerrar la ventana del prompt (a veces ni siquiera esos 2 segundos) porque luego no se puede. Si lo consigues el programa se desbloquea inmediatamente. Es eso lo que bloquea a GW pero no sé por qué.

I am having a problem with Generative Workspace.  Up until recently it was working fine, but now it won't open.  I have removed PS beta and logged out, logged back in and reinstalled and it still doesn't work.  All I get is the 'spinning wheel' - nothing else is 'clickable' (eg the cog icon).  I have PS beta running on two machines and it isn't working on either, so I am guessing there is a problem with my account.  Can this be resolved?  Thank you in advance
