Adobe Photoshop Version: 25.8.0 20240411.m.2581 c235e07 x64 works for me.
Just downloaded 25.9 again, and still the (0xc0000142) error at startup. Not even the spash screen pops up. So, I can't give the version number of the version that gives the problem.

@ستوديو علاء37269414xhcn the version you are sharing is not the current one. Have you tried the most recent and do you have the same issue?  Want to make sure we understand where you are in this issue.
