P: Photoshop Beta Startup Error (0xc0000142)

No changes for me after today's update:
- on one PC the Beta 25.9 version works (i5 Gen 7, NVIDIA GeForce GT 630, Windows 10)
- on another PC the Beta 25.9 version doesn't work (i5 Gen 7, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti, Windows 10)

After today's update, Beta 25.9 still works fine on my second PC, where 25.9 was my first Beta (parameters: i5 Gen 7, NVIDIA GeForce GT 630, Windows 10).

I'll check later to see if I still get the error message on my first PC, where 25.9 was one of the next ones Beta releases on this PC.
