I have the same Problem after update to 25.9 on Windows 10.

I hope Adobe can fix this

Hola. No puedo iniciar la ultima version Photoshop Beta 25,9 . Muestra " Error 0xc0000142". He probado instalar y desinstalar varias veces desde Cloud , manteniendo o eliminando preferencias. Pero no ha dado resultado.
