P: Photoshop Beta Startup Error (0xc0000142)

a mi me pasa lo mismo tengo la misma versión y funciónaba bien hasta hoy la después de hoy

La Beta me dice error (0xc0000142). Haga clic en "Aceptar" para cerrar la aplicación.ayudaaa

I have the same problem today after uptade

I have exactly the same problem (with Nix) - but I used to be able to open Beta using Shift key to disable plugins - however now crashes before opening with the same error code.  I've checked and this is the most recent version. 

The general AI icon in the side toolbar is no longer present after returning to version 25.8.

After updating P.S. (Beta) 25.9, the app no longer opens. An error appears (0x0000142) saying that the application cannot be initialized correctly!
Anyone having the same problem?
I went back to version 25.8 and it works normally!

I am having the same issue. (Windows 10)  Beta v 25.9 April 29, 2024 update will not open.  If I install the earlier version 25.8, the Gen AI icon on the side toolbar is no longer there, so it's basically useless.  I hope you guys resolve this issue in the next update.
