P: PS 26.9 CMD shortcuts give duplicate results

Photoshop Beta version 26.9 on MacOS 15.5

- Pressing Cmd + [ or Cmd + ] moves layers **two steps** instead of one.
- Cmd + J creates **two new layers**, not one.
- Issue persists after reinstalling and resetting preferences.
- Not caused by actions/scripts/custom shortcuts.

- Issue is only on Beta Version, not in normal version.

HI @michalp35529385, we are not able to reproduce this issue at our end. Is this issue always happening in the build or triggered during some workflow? Also, can you try unchecking "Enable Modern User Interface" in the "Preferences dialog" > "Technology previews" and see if that fixes your issues? You will have to relaunch Photoshop after making this setting in the preferences dialog. If it still does not fix your issue, could you please share a recording? Thanks.

Everything is fine in the stable version 26.8.1 20250624.r.8 5e0d05d x64

Zoom problem is the same on two different computers with different processors and graphics cards (nvidia and amd).

Hi @michalp35529385, can you please let us know which version of Photoshop is working fine for you? We have fixed the duplicate command issues, and this bug seems different, so we need more information to fix that

Today's version 26.9.0 20250716.m.3150, still the same problem. I don't understand why such a basic feature as zoom can't be fixed quickly and efficiently. It's been going back many versions, I'd guess a few months.

I have had the same issue with zoom for many months in PS Beta. It is quite bothersome and slows down the workflow. I update as soon as updates are available, currently Adobe Photoshop Version: 26.9.0 20250713.m.3147 5b6ea2d x64 (dev: PublicBeta), updated a moment ago, and the issue persists.

When I press Ctrl+ or Ctrl-, many steps are performed, and the image zooms in or out significantly. With Ctrl-, the image stops at 0.4% or less, so it basically disappears.

This does not happen in stable PS.
