When I go to Adobe Bridge tools enu and try to open any of them, I get a message that says I need to update to the latest Photoshop. I have the latest Photoshop and it never let's me do any of the tools like image processor, batch, etc. Why is this happening?

Would really appreciate a fix.

Thanks

Thanks for thye suggestions. I did all of that and I still have the same problem, Axel. There were only 2 options when I did it. And the link you shred said to only hold down the ctrl key.

Thank you. Bridge says the startup scripts are checked, but when I reveal the folder in explorer, there are no files there? Where can I find them?

Check that the appropriate startup scripts are installed and active in Bridge Preferences:

Faulty preferences can cause unexpected behavior in Adobe Bridge. Please try to reset the Bridge preferences

  • Start Adobe Bridge and immediately press Ctrl+Alt+Shift (Windows) or Command+Option+Shift (Mac OS) until the Reset Settings dialog box appears.
  • Select all three options--Reset Preferences, Reset Standard Workspaces, and Purge Entire Thumbnail Cache--and then click OK.

How to use the Adobe Bridge panels and manage workspaces.
