After saving a png or jpg in Photoshop, the blank "Save for Web" frame stays on the screen and pops up anytime I click away from Photoshop. It's super annoying and been happening the last two versions. Anyone else?

The only way to get rid of it is to quit Photoshop and restart.  The option to close the frame is grayed out.

Hi @jasonm4931372, Thanks for reaching out to the Photoshop Community Forum! Let's try a few things and see if we can get rid of the pop-up.

    1. Reset Photoshop Preferences: try manually resetting your Photoshop preferences: https://adobe.ly/4zceHEq. Remember to back up your settings before doing the preference reset: https://adobe.ly/4zfspXn

    2. macOS Compatibility: If you are using macOS Big Sur, make sure that you have updated to at least macOS Big Sur 11.2.1. If the pop-up continues, create a new administrator user account to see if the issue persists.

    3. Use the Adobe Cleaner Tool to reinstall: https://adobe.ly/4klBwkt

If none of these steps work for you, can you send your system info and a screen recording of the issue? You can find your system info by going to Help > System Info, copying and pasting it into a text file, then attaching the file here. I hope this helps! ^CH
