Hello,

All my cloud documents created more than three months ago have suddenly disappeared from my Adobe account. The folders are still visible, but they are completely empty.

I have lost documents from the past two years, including work created during this summer. I did NOT delete these files.

I have already checked Adobe Home (web) and the Deleted folder. Only five files appear in Deleted. All my other documents are missing.

I have also discovered that a fellow student is experiencing exactly the same problem, which makes me suspect this may be a wider issue rather than an individual account problem.

I don't know exactly when this happened, as I only noticed it recently due to occasional compatibility issues.

Cloud files go with your Adobe ID, so we have to ask:

Did you sign out and sign back in again?
Are you using a different Adobe ID?
You indicated you are a student. If the account was through your school, check with your IT department.
