Any iPad version user? I encountered a huge problem with my pencil!

Check the video I uploaded. I bought a replica of Apple Pencil 2 to use it on iPad Photoshop, but it has a large delay of effect appearance no matter I use normal pen, eraser, or any other tool that needs the interaction with pen, yet I can use my own hand to easily draw it.

I know you guys would blame me for using a replica but it works well on other painting apps and not on photoshop only.
