brush blending modes not working

Brushes suddenly stop working properly with blending modes. No matter what mode is selected its always paint flat color.

You are painting on white, so most (if not all) blending modes won’t do anything because there is nothing to blend with.

No matter on what layer I’m painting. It should blend each next brush move over previous one while painting, and it’s not working.

It was working fine. Till now. It stops with no reason.

And all works properly in PS 2025 and in PS Beta.
