Brush size wrong when using accessibility cursor size

Having a larger cursor set in the system OS Accessibility settings means the Photoshop brush size is displayed incorrectly. This is just an obvious problem, and I'm sure so easy to fix I cannot fathom how it is still a problem. Affinity photo can do it just fine (with a better preview mind you), so it's obviously doable.

This issue occasionally comes up in the Forum.

But, in my experience, with even less frequency than the faulty previews caused by the Cache Level-1-bug, so while the behaviour could almost certainly be changed (though »easy«?) it seems unlikely to me that the Photoshop team will invest the resources to do so anytime soon.

It's not that Adobe can't fix that and in fact in older versions up to Photoshop CS3, the System cursor size

did not affect the Photoshop painting tools cursor size, but so many many users wanted it as it is now that Adobe changed Photoshop to follow the System cursor size.

What we need is a preference in Photoshop so the user can decide if Photoshop should use the system cursor size or not.
