Bug: Noticable delay or lag when using Window > Arrange > 2-up Vertical on same file

Issue: My usual workflow involves doing Window > Arrange > New Window to have two windows displaying the same file, followed by Window > Arrange > 2-up Vertical to display the windows side by side.

This way, I can zoom in on all the intricate details of my file in one window, while having a slightly more zoomed out view on the second. (I know theoretically I could use the navigator for this, but I like having the 'zoomed out' view be a bit larger.)

Unfortunately since the 25.11 update, there is a noticable delay or lag where the non-active window doesn't get all the changes right away as I work. This disrupts my workflow completely and is very frustrating for me.

Downgrading to the previous version - 25.9.1 - fixed the issue entirely.

Provide Photoshop version: 25.11
Provide OS and version:
Windows 11

Provide good steps to reproduce the behavior:
Step 1 - Create a file

Step 2 - Window > Arrange > New Window - this is to have two windows of the same file.

Step 3 - WIndow > Arrange > 2-up Vertical (or any other arrangement).

Step 4 - Draw with the paintbrush tool either of the two windows and notice that it is not immediately reflected in the second non-active window.

Expected result: Photoshop should show the current state of the file in all copies of a window.
Actual result: Photoshop has a significant delay

This is a known bug. Use the Navigator window instead.

Hi @Lurial, I tested this just now (Windows 10; Photoshop 25.11 Release) and the update only appears after I click over to the opposite canvas (the change shows up immediately on clicking). You are right; the change does not show up immediately, or ever, in the non-active window without clicking over.
