Can't open any files

Hi,

 

Yesterday, PS worked fine

Today, I have a problem when I open some files. Nothing happen.

I tried to uninstall and reisntall. The same.

I tried to install a previous version (v25.12), the same.

 

I tried to untick my graphic card in "performance", deleted my parameters folder etc.

 

Help me pls.

Check file properties and then check if the dot three extension of the file is the same type. I have seen someone rename files from .jpg to .tif thinking that would convert the file.

@Cyril Cuennet is this the Beta version? If so, have you tried upgrading to Photoshop 2024?
