Cannot open my Photoshop

I’m sorry to hear that Photoshop isn’t opening. It looks like you may be trying to launch Photoshop by double-clicking a file.

In addition to what ​@Ged_Traynor already suggested, have you tried launching Photoshop directly from the Creative Cloud desktop app?

If the issue persists, please try resetting Photoshop preferences after creating a backup of your current preferences. You can follow the steps here:

​@custos_1214 what version of Photoshop are you referring too, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling it from the Creative Cloud app, if that’s applicable to you
