Con esta nueva actualización 27.10 sigue el problema de abrir Photoshop, al pulsar Ctrl+N para crear un documento nuevo, la ventana de “Nuevo documento” tarda, se comporta de forma extraña e incluso llega a abrir después la interfaz antigua.

Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the inconvenience caused. I recommend resetting Photoshop preferences to check whether corrupted preferences are contributing to the issue.

Before resetting, please back up your Photoshop preferences folders and any custom settings you would like to preserve. Steps are shared here:  https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/desktop/get-started/settings-and-preferences/reset-preferences.html#:~:text=Manually%20reset%20preferences

After the reset, please test Ctrl+N again and let us know if the New Document window and interface behavior improve.
