Creative Cloud Storage

I just renewed my student plan for Adobe Creative Cloud which includes 100GB cloud storage but for some reason whenever I open my adobe softwares on my desktop it says that I only have 5GB and to upgrade to continue syncing. I checked my Adobe account and it still says 100GB but all my softwares say 5GB except for lightroom which has 200GB.

I've tried searching this problem but I can't seem to find any solutions and I've tried restarting my laptop, updating it, uninstalling and then reinstalling Creative Cloud and all my applications but still no change. Has anyone else has had this issue or can offer some help?
