Cropping crash 27.2.0

I'm working on a 16bit file and getting constant crashes when recropping. It appears to be the smart objects with filters applied that are the problem. Path blur, gaussian blur, motion blur and noise are the filters applied.

Its happened 10 times in a row consistently, tried photoshop 25 and had the same problem. Rasterising the smart objects is a work around, but not ideal.
