Error message "An error has occurred. Please try again" when using Generative Fill (Firefly) in Photoshop 27.6

It works now but I think Adobe products have a very strange behaviour sometimes !

Thanks for reaching out. The message “Une erreur s’est produite. Veuillez réessayer (An error has occurred. Please try again.)” during Generative Fill usually points to a connectivity, account, or environment-related issue rather than the image itself.

Please try the following checks:

• Make sure you’re signed in to Creative Cloud and that your subscription is active
• Sign out of Creative Cloud, restart your system, then sign back in
• Check your internet connection and temporarily disable any VPN, proxy, or firewall rules that could block Adobe services
• Test again with a new document to rule out file-specific issues

If the error continues, it would help to know:

• Your exact Photoshop version (Help > About Photoshop)
• Your operating system
• Whether this happens with every Generative Fill prompt or only specific ones
