Everything is "blacked out"

@LolMadeYouLook, (I did look!), well, this isn't a server outage since I can log in successfully to Photoshop on the Web right now. This is likely a cache, browser, or storage problem on your end. Try logging out from Adobe altogether, and then sign back in using a different browser. I'm using Brave. You can try Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge. Make sure you aren't in private or incognito mode. Are you accessing the internet directly or through an enterprise administrator? If so, check to see what storage quotas they might have set. I can't think of what else it might be but others here may have some ideas. Let us know if you are still having trouble.
