Freeze after moving with Wacom pen - 100% reproducible

Hi,

I've found annoying bug:

1. Use Wacom tablet with pen

2. Open any photo

3. Zoom in a bit

4. Press SPACE and start moving photo using Wacom Pen

5. Move fast left and right, move left fast and release pen. While photo is still moving, grab it again and move right. Next grab must be within 0,5 sec of the previous one. Repeat few times.

6. Photo freezes.

After that, picture is frozen, no updates happening. Yet, the rest of photoshop works fine (controls, checkboxes, menu). Doesn't happen when using just mouse.

The only solution to fix is to close the photo and open it again.

Video attached.

It's annoying because I move fast while editing and I'm getting stuck often.

Lightroom and Photoshop are great tools and I would love to continue to use them. But the annoying bugs and poor performance are really getting on my nerves and got me to start to look for alternatives. And, thankfully, there are few which are very good.

And we are paying Adobe customers, it's not free software. Yet there is no proper way to file a bug and get it resolved.

Vote with wallets.

@GdzieJestStach we use to get good Adobe staff engagement in the bug section but that seems to have drop off over the last while, looks like they have abandoned ship 😁

I see. Forum also doesn't seem to work as a bug reporting place. Those bugs should get numbers and regular updates. Instead I see threads with open problems years old.

@GdzieJestStach "Looking at upvote count I think it might be common issue"

Upvotes don't really mean anything on the forum any longer, the forum has been plagued by upvoting bots for over a year now

@GdzieJestStach Reset your Photoshop preferences manually.

Not sure what do you mean by restoring preferences. All Wacom settings are default, I haven't changed a thing. I've run across the menus and clicked "Default" to make sure.

Have you tried restoring the wacom preferances from a back up in the Wacom center app?

I have updated Wacom drivers. But this is issue with Photoshop - it's picture freezes yet UI still works. Wacom should have nothing to do with that.

@GdzieJestStach have you contacted Wacom support? Have you checked for driver updates? There have been some released this year already.
