Generative Fill -something went wrong please try again

When I try to use generative fill it loads half way and then I get the error message "Something went wrong. Please try again".  I've uninstalled, restarted my computer, and watched a few videos that couldn't help solve the issue with changing of prefrences. I'm not sure if this is an issue that Adobe is having widespread or just local to my Mac setup. 

 

Any help is much appreciated.

@Sloan280357450nm7 have you been able to use Generative Fill previously? If this is your first time, check your router firewall settings to make sure Adobe, Firefly and Photoshop are allowed access. If you are connecting via Wifi - make sure you are using the 5 ghz band and not dual band/2.4 ghz.

You can always check status.adobe.com for issues.
