I'm having problems with hands on tutorials in photoshop. When I open it up nothing shows up and I don't know why.

Hey, @makala_6276. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I've reviewed the account you've used to log in to the community, and I found an active enterprise subscription.

Is this a personal machine, or does an IT team manage the device? If yes, ensure all the Adobe Network endpoints are whitelisted.

You can try using the Hands-on tutorials in Photoshop Web (https://adobe.ly/3WkhVFm) on an alternate device & internet network to rule out it is a network/configuration issue.

At Photoshop Web, open a document & head to Help > Hands-on tutorials.
