Harmonize feature not working in Photoshop

The Harmonize feature is not working in Photoshop. I’ve spoken with support twice on this issue and was told it’s a known bug. When I click “Harmonize” on an overlay layer, Photoshop looks like it’s processing but produces an error message, “We’ve encountered an error and your request cannot be processed. Please try again later.”

Everything is up-to-date and has been closed out + restarted, but still not working. Would love to see this fixed soon as it’s now day 3 of not being able to work on photos.
