Hue Sat layers have blank properties panel

Sometimes, and seemingly at random, Hue Sat layers will become blank (no UI) until I restart Photoshop. 

Unfortunately it only happens after having the program open for quite a while and I cannot at all tell what triggers it or how to reproduce. Let me know if there’s any sort of diagnostic I can provide, though.

      Try to reset the Photoshop preferences

      Remember to back up your settings before doing the preference reset

      Actually I just restarted and it’s still blank. I think this is the first time restarting hasn’t fixed it.
