i can't click the Menu photshop in Macos

i use macbooks pro 2018 with MacOS Sequoia 15.0.1.
When I first opened photoshop, I could still click on the menu above. Then after a while, the menu bar could not be clicked.
Any solution to this problem?

How to inactivating the Touch Bar feature?

Been having the same problem. To the point that I can't use it anymore. I've tried inactivating the Touch Bar feature in photoshop.
